If your income falls between 125% and 300% of the federal poverty guidelines you qualify to receive a referral for a free consultation and representation at the sliding scale rate (a $35 referral fee applies). If your income falls above those guidelines you will have to pay the attorney’s usual rate.

The referral fee is $35. Then the Attorney will provide an initial consultation that last for up to 30 minutes at no additional charge. If you and the lawyer decide to continue to work together, you will arrange any additional fees with the lawyer. Those fees will range from $75-$175 per hour depending on your income.
You will need to contact the lawyer to schedule an initial consultation. The attorney may request documents to verify your income during the initial consultation.
The attorneys are located throughout the State of Florida. You will meet with them at their office or a mutually agreeable location.
